It is a beautiful condo with everything you need to have the best stay! Coral Reef has also done some renovations over the last few years as well. We love its location on Thomas Drive. It seems everyone wants to stay near Pier Park, but we love the quiet family atmosphere Coral Reef and Thomas Dr provide. The pools are never crowded (usually only us!) and the beach is alway quiet, water is crystal clear, and we absolutely adore Michael who works the beach chair rental hut! He has been there every visit and always makes us feel like his only chair rental. He is helpful, attentive and always checking on us. Coral Reef has become our home away from home that we can’t wait to get to every visit!

The dishwasher did not work for two days but was fixed. However, it had to be broken before we checked in. My only complaint is the vacuum cleaner smelled awful when I used it. Needs filter cleaning.

I don't know who thought of that design...terrible! It is down right dangerous getting in and out of that tub.

Not what I expected

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 7th or 8th time I have stayed at Coral Reef and the first time I have been disappointed. There was a significant amount of construction occurring which I understand, but had not been told in advance. There were power cords and supply lines laying in the hallways that made cart navigation a challenge. Our master bathroom was dirty on arrival. Overall the condos are starting to show their age and need a lot of attention.

Maintenance, Brent & Justin, were so helpful & timely with any and all requests even with a heavy workload as the building was under repair from hurricane Michael damage. We are excited to return next winter.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Coral Reef is my go to for stays in PCB. It's away from all the craziness and congestion near Pier Park. I am a female and am almost always traveling with my teen daughter. I have never felt unsafe there. This condo was great. The only thing I remotely had a problem with is the steps going into the shower in the master. My mother was with me this time and she was not able to use the master. Those steps are scary with dry feet much less with wet feet getting out of the shower. Just not a great design. Everything else was perfect, as usual. Elevators are fast. It's quiet at night and staff is friendly.
