Enjoy all Ocean City has to offer in this single family home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The Beachy Kane House offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The best part is this home is a pet friendly home. The owner will accept a large dog or 2 small dogs. There is a non-refundable pet deposit of $200 for one dog and $300 for 2 dogs. Enjoy family gatherings in this open floor plan home with living room , dining room and kitchen all in one. The kitchen has been upgraded with new appliances, granite counter tops and in cabinet lighting. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has queen bed and the third bedroom has a pyramid bunk (single over queen). and a sleep sofa in the living room. The living room has a large flat screen TV and each bedroom also have flat screen TV's. The Beachy Kane House has 2 off street parking spaces, large deck and a small yard but it does not have a fenced yard. Sleeps 8. This is a non smoking rental. Flex Stay Rental. The Beachy Kane House is available to rent during the off season too. The owner pays for your full linen package for full week stays (fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed, including the sleep sofa; and 6 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths) Delivery & pick-up included. Super cute!

This house has a cute beachy bungalow vibe. Nice neighborhood and a short walk to the oceanfront in one direction and to the bay in the other. Very clean and well kept property.

Beachy House Kane

Never had the opportunity to stay at a house, so this was a real treat. Totally impressed with a fully furnished house, with everything needed, and much much more. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities.The gated wrap around porch was great. Bus stop and beach close by. The neighborhood was very quiet, with little traffic. The ability to bring my senior dog only made this stay more wonderful! Highly recommended!

Just Okay

The rooms were smaller then pictures the flower beds were over grown with weeds that went up the steps to porch and I had to pull them out. The outside trash can was filled and some trash on ground. No instructions for when trash goes out, turning on TV. Didn’t see in listing only small dogs allowed or that when needed to bring our own linens, towels toilet paper. Some things falling apart too. The beds were uncomfortable and mattresses need to be relaxed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very clean. The beds were largely comfortable - my husband and I disagreed on the master bedroom. The location is great. We had dedicated parking. It was a quiet neighborhood. If you aren't staying a full week, the unit comes with essentially nothing - linens, toilet paper. I should have fully read, but that was the only thing annoying. It is just really decorated cute and it seems like someone cares about the place.
