About this property
Right off the Blueridge Parkway
This two bedroom, one den, one bath home offers a lot in the surrounding area as far as being 1 minute from the Blue Ridge Parkway to 5 minutes to Vinton, 18 minutes to Roanoke and 25 minutes to Smith Mountain Lake. We love how spacious this house is in a quiet neighborhood and love to go hiking in walking distance. You’re close enough to all events in Vinton, SML and Roanoke without the noise. The house has a garage and basement that is not accessible. The basement is for my cleaning supplies. Also we are next door with the gazebo if anything ever happens or if you need something.

I was born and raised on Smith Mountain Lake. I love kayaking, baking, and taking vacations. I have one son and am happily married. We have two dogs named Lacie and Salsa as well as chickens (Scarlett, Dot, Phyllis, Louise and Nugget). I love being a host and meeting new people.
