Home features a deluxe home cinema with a 120" screen. Out back you have a spacious covered lanai and a sparkling heated pool and spa. Games room with Pool Table, Foosball, and Air Hockey. Community Gym, Dining, Large Pool with slide and lazy river! Close to Disney. Baby strollers, Pack n play provided!
Perfect Staycation! One of the very few 10-bedroom homes in the Disney area. This place has something for everyone. From the large in-ground pool to the 120-inch HD home theater, your group is sure to have a great time. Baby strollers and Pack n Play are complimentary and available for guest use. Family Friendly.
We are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations! Safety and health are our top priorities for taking good care of our guests! Pool heating / SPA: $45 per day ( pool heater runs from 9 am to 9 pm (12 hours each day) to ensure health and prevent bacteria growth if longer than 12 hours).
The community management charges a one-time fee per reservation ($35 one-time fee in total for up to 12 guests or $45 one-time fee in total for 13 guests and above) to use the clubhouse/community pool/lazy river/water slides/gym. You can request and pay for that with a credit card at the clubhouse if you need to use the club amenities.
