Host very nice and and helpful. Place was nice and tidy. I did feel miss led by the patio, there was no awning it was blue tarps nailed down. There was also a large pile of house hold trash. At the bottom of the stairs we had to go up to get into the place. I did see 1 rat the day we left, thank goodness it wasn't before I would have died!

As advertised on the listing. Comfortable & clean.The only reason for 4 is the living room could use more seating. 1 Sofa & 1 chair is not enough & the there is plenty of space in the living room for more.
