Three Schooners Landing is a group of three newly built townhouses located in Sodus Point, NY. Each unit has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and many amenities to offer. Our townhouses are perfect for a family vacation, weekend getaway, reunion, wedding accommodations, or company gathering. You can reserve one, two, or all three units to accommodate your group.

We provide bed linens, towels, and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking supplies, silverware for 12 people, a toaster, a coffee pot, and a gas grill on the back deck. Our townhouses are open year-round, so you can enjoy them anytime.

The condo was very comfortable and exactly as listed. Location is great- walking distance to restaurants and bars. Overall a good stay, however, there were some discrepancies with check-in/checkout times on the Trip itinerary versus the email from the rental company. They also expect a lot of extra cleaning from the guest even though they charge a cleaning fee.

Floors were dirty, cobwebs, disagree with cleaning rules expected us to clean when we paid a fee , fridge water did not work well, low flow, probably needs new filter, not much toilet paper or paper towels

Originally from Seneca Falls, NY, we moved to the Sodus area and have fallen in love with the beach walks, golfing at Sodus Bay Heights, and unwinding with a drink at the point.
