Check out the majestic views of this newly constructed cabin on 1.5 acres surrounded by 5,000 acres of Ouachita National Forest but near Beaver's Bend Lake, Mountain Fork River, and all the Hochatown activities.

Living Room- Large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, throw blankets, shuffleboard, dog kennel, loads of games, and a big screen HDTV with DirectTV.

Kitchen and Dining - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. In the kitchen, you will find standard appliances, a Keurig K-cup/coffee pot duo, a waffle maker, a full knife set, a toaster, a mixer, an air fryer, a crock pot, grilling tools, an ice machine, drinkware, flatware, and dishware. There is a dining table seating 11 as well as an island bar seating 3.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 (Right side-Downstairs) - King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, large dresser, big screen HDTV with DirectTV, throw blankets, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, soaker tub, toilet, closet, and direct access to the back patio, as well as robes and portable fans in the closet with hangers.

Queen Double Bedroom and Bathroom #2 (Left side-Downstairs) - Two queen beds, nightstand, large dresser, big screen HDTV with DirectTV, throw blankets, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and direct access to the back patio, as well as robes and portable fans in the closet with hangers.

Queen Double Bedroom and Bathroom #3 (Upstairs) - Two queen beds, nightstand, large dresser, big screen HDTV with DirectTV, throw blankets. The bathroom is shared with the bunkroom and features a walk-in shower, soaker tub, toilet, and soaker tub.

Bunk Room/Game room (Upstairs) - Two double stacked queen bunk beds with trundles (sleeps 12). The loft has a pool table and a big screen HDTV with DirectTV.

Outdoor Living - Abundance of patio furniture, gas grill, gas fireplace, big screen HDTV with DirectTV, cornhole boards, outdoor dining table, hot tub, firepit with seating for 8 downstairs.

General Information - Full-size double washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 22, with no exceptions.

It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
