Absolutely wonderful

We stayed in the most adorable cabin called “Lost in Love”. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The bed and linens were so nice. We had a private deck with a hot tub and beautiful views of the forest and mountains. It was also very close to everything Gatlinburg has . It was the best anniversary get away ever. I hope we can go back soon. ❤️

Enjoyable stay!!

Loved the big bed and pillows. Enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub. Only down fall was air conditioner. Every time it kicked off it rattled and sounded like somebody closed a door.

My experience at Lost in Love

It was a wonderful experience. The cabin was very clean and beautiful in a very nice place . The only thing that was not good is the Wi Fi limitations and strength. It would be great and more convenient if they made it unlimited and strong . It would have five stars rating if wifi was good

We are so happy you enjoyed our cabin. The Wi-fi has always been strong with unlimited strength. It must have needed a restart due to the thunderstorms that moved thru. I wish you would have called me! I would have been happy to provide instructions to unplug the router and plug it back in to restore the Wi-fi signal strength. Come see us again and if you have any problems, we are just a phone call away!

Great place

This piece of property was excellent. The only problem I had was the location in the mountains. I’m afraid of heights and the driveway was close to the drop off. The hot tub, bed, cabin were all excellent.

WiFi is very limited and was not specified before booking. We were planning on streaming movies but could not. We have been back almost two weeks and still no security deposit return. Management kept texting me while we were there which was annoying.

After reading your review I was concerned and asked the rental company about texts. I discovered there was a problem with your credit card. They reach you by text since you couldn't be reached by phone. Had the rental company been unable to communicate, you would not have been able to get into your cabin for your requested late arrival. They showed me a total of just 4 texts from them with the 4th and last text asking how was your stay in text with no response. I don't feel 4 texts would annoy anyone, but I'm sorry you were offended by 4 texts! Our Verizon wi-fi is disclosed in our rental agreement where you 'clicked to agree' online. Wi-fi is limited in general in the Great Smoky Mountains unless you stay at a hotel and most of the hotels charge for internet in their rooms. Cable internet is not offered many places in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. There is no charge to use our Verizon wi-fi and we share our wi-fi with our guests. If guests want to stream, we only charge our guests what Verizon charges us. Also, we did specify our internet is Verizon wi-fi in the description. Most people know cell data packages have limits. I'm so sorry you are not familiar with cell phone data packages and did not realize streaming movies would consume significant data. Your confirmation had a full paragraph about the internet usage at the top of page 2. Maybe you didn't read it? I reached out to the rental company. They showed me where you left on Sunday and they released your security deposit on Monday as they are closed on Sunday. They also showed me where they sent an email advising the security deposit had been released on that same day. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay at our cabin!

Lost In Love

We Loved our stay. It was beautiful. From the moment we stepped through the cabin doors, we were greeted w/2 swan shaped towels, with 2 glasses for our anniversary drinks as well as mints in a heart shaped dish. The staff also called upon check in, to ensure that we were happy with our cabin. Happy is an understatement, we were over excited, it was a spectacular place with an amazing view. Thank you to the staff for their excellent service, no matter what time we called, they were always helpful. We will definitely visit Honeymoon Hills.

Very quaint and cozy cabin

The cabin was situated in a lovely mountain setting surrounded by beautiful scenery. The inside was simply decorated, but very cozy and welcoming. The staff left a nice note welcoming us to our home for the weekend and called the next morning to check on us. We will definitely be staying here again!
