Come experience luxury in this exclusive, gated 3000 square foot town home. We are one of only four homes and located directly on the beach. It is perfect for a family vacation or business retreat. This spacious home will sleep twenty one with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 5 single beds, and a sofa sleeper in the living room! Each bedroom has a private bath, with the main having a 'his and hers' size bath and Jacuzzi tub plus a walk in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen tv for your wind down entertainment. This home is beautifully decorated with an open and inviting floor-plan. It also offers a large fully furnished kitchen that has been updated with all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also has a pantry, hot water dispenser, large island, plus a wet bar. Relax in the living room on the brand new furniture or on the patio, with Bahama shades, while listening to the waves of the Gulf. You can walk straight out of the back door to the blue water gulf. The covered porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. You will not find a more beautiful and peaceful home on the beach. Enjoy a unique getaway.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
Your family and your guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. This has been our standard practice for many years. Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Sandpiper Cottages are located on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores, just minutes from public beach access, restaurants and shops and has a private boat slip, fishing dock and community heated pool.

Overall a very nice property. The updates and renovations were noticeable and everything was extremely clean. The location and proximity to everything while also taking advantage of beach front is unmatchable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to book again for future trips to Perdido Key.

Every single room is beautiful. There really isn’t a bad room in the place. Our kids loved the bunk room, playroom and pool. We enjoyed the private beach and stunning decor. Even the bedding and throw blankets were so soft and cozy. The kitchen… is just gorgeous and perfect for a large family dinner. We loved it and will stay again if we get the chance.

We loved our stay at this villa. Our family of 14 stayed and there was so much room! The kids played pool, ping pong and arcade games. The beach was beautiful! It was so nice having a private pool for everyone to gather and play in. The only thing that I would recommend is to put a lock (like a restroom slide lock) on the outdoor shower. With the wind blowing, the shower door opens and closes with a bang that was loud enough for it to wake my aunt downstairs. I called the rental company due to the air conditioner leaking Thursday night and they came Friday to repair it. The air conditioner company drained it, but within an hour of them leaving, it started leaking again. I called the rental company back to let them know. I was pleased with the rental company!

House was nice . . . . . but

Both furnaces were broken -- went 24 hours during cold weather without heat. The pool pump was broken for the whole stay -- scummy water, not usable. Also, they don't heat the pool. Finally, not like most vacation rentals, the first day supplies were extremely poor. We had to buy salt and pepper, coffee filters, soap . . . For the high-end rental price for this property I would expect better. Also, when we called VRBO to notify them of the furnace problem, they said "did the listing tell you the house was heated?" When I asked them to contact the owner for help, they left a voicemail for "the homeowner" on my phone, not the owners. VRBO refused to offer us any compensation for our issues.
