ACCESS RESTRICTIONS:
Garage and storage areas are not accessible.

No climbing on boat lift. No climbing on swim raft when it is out and beached for the off-season.
No climbing on wood piles.

LOCATION:
Prime location, just 6 miles to the center of town and 5 miles to Voyageurs National Park. Restaurant options just 4 miles to Ranier and 5-7 miles to various lake resort dining options.

Please turn off all lights, appliances, and fireplace after each use. Make sure propane tank on the grill is turned off after each use.

The water supply is filtered lake water and not for consumption. Use the water dispenser and supplied water for all drinking and cooking needs.
Boats must be under 4,000 lbs to use boat lift, available seasonally. There are boat tie-up rings available on the dock. No climbing on the boat lift.
Do not leave towels or any damp items on the wood floor. No driving vehicles or snowmobiles through yard. No climbing on wood pile.

Fantastic property! Made for fun family bonding, floating/swimming in Rainy Lake, fantastic view, beach, dock, firepit, awesome lawn, eagles, pelican, loons, ducks, clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, upper deck, lower deck. All around fantastic stay. Great family bonding investment!

Rainy Lake Ice fishing

This is a very nice property and great location. The house has alot of ammenities. The size was nice for the 6 of us. The house was clean and had a great view.The owners answered any questions .
