Tucked among more than 100 acres of working vineyards, this peaceful Sonoma Valley home offers a restorative retreat with space to unwind, connect, and savor the slow rhythm of wine country living. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub beneath the stars, lounging by the infinity-edge pool with a book, or cooking a farm-fresh dinner in the open kitchen, each moment here is rooted in comfort, privacy, and natural beauty.

Outdoor Living
Step onto the private deck and take in uninterrupted views of rolling vineyard hills that stretch to the horizon. The infinity-edge pool (available May through September) invites long, sun-drenched afternoons, while the bubbling hot tub is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of local Pinot as the evening cools. Fire up the barbecue and gather around the outdoor dining table to enjoy alfresco meals under the vast California sky. With ample seating, sun loungers, and the quiet hum of surrounding nature, the outdoor spaces are designed for rest and reconnection.

Inside, the open-plan living area is anchored by a stone-accented fireplace and framed by large windows that blur the line between indoors and out. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Nespresso and drip coffee maker, and everything you need to cook with confidence - whether you’re preparing a holiday meal or a casual cheese board with local finds.

Sleeping Arrangements
This home comfortably sleeps six across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and a private balcony with elevated views - an ideal spot to greet the morning in quiet solitude. On the main level, two queen bedrooms share a beautifully appointed full bath. Every room is outfitted with soft linens, ample storage, and calming décor to support restful nights.

Perfect for Work or Extended Stays
Remote workers and long-term guests will find all the essentials for a productive and comfortable stay. A dedicated office space with vineyard-facing windows provides privacy and focus, while fast Wi-Fi supports video calls and online meetings with ease. With in-unit laundry, extra blankets and pillows, and family-friendly features like baby safety gates, this home is as functional as it is beautiful. Free on and off premises parking included.

While the property feels wonderfully secluded, it’s just a 10-minute drive to Sonoma Plaza, where you’ll find tasting rooms, boutique shops, and beloved local restaurants. Please note: to preserve the peaceful setting, outdoor music is not permitted at any time. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Maximum occupancy is six guests, and the home is not available for events or large gatherings.

Guests have full access to the home, including:
+The entire house – all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and TV room
+The infinity deck with stunning vineyard views
+The pool and hot tub for ultimate relaxation
+Outdoor seating and dining areas for al fresco meals
+Parking on-site for 4 vehicles

Please note:
No access to the garage, storage space, or owner's closet, unless doing laundry
Pool/hot tub hours. No use 10pm-8am
The hot tub remote is currently not working as of 8/1/25 and will not be fixed due to the complexity of the unit, to turn the hot tub on and off, we will ask you to walk about 10-12 feet down to the main control to turn it on and off. We do apologize for this inconvenience.
Other things to note
Quiet Hours: Please respect the peaceful surroundings by keeping noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

Pool: The pool is NOT heated, but it warms up nicely during the summer thanks to plenty of sunshine. Water temperatures typically range from 70-80 degrees, offering a refreshing way to cool off on hot days.

4th Bedroom: The 4th bedroom is a futon sleeper in the office right off the family room.

Wildlife: This area is home to local wildlife, including birds, deer, and occasional coyotes. Please be mindful when outdoors.

Wine-Tasting Recommendations: We’re happy to share our favorite wineries and local experiences! Just ask.

Weather: Sonoma Valley can get quite hot in the summer months, so make sure to stay hydrated and use sunscreen when enjoying outdoor spaces.

Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee is charged to ensure the house is ready for the next guests.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out time is by 11 AM.

Events & Parties: Please note that we do not allow events or parties without prior approval.
