Fully stocked kitchen. Parking in the driveway can hold 4-5 vehicles.

This home is designed for multifamily use. Each of the 5 bedrooms are set up with Queen size beds and most rooms have TVs.

You will have access to the entire house.
Other things to note
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES.
Quiet time is after 10pm. Please be courteous of our neighbors. Pet Fee is $150 per pet, per stay.
No Smoking.

Please do not strip the beds (this allows us to check them properly), place any used towels in the laundry baskets and we'll take care of washing and sanitizing them. All trash must be removed from inside the house & the fridge. Do not move the furniture.
House rules must be followed to avoid any additional cleaning fees.

The host was wonderful and great with communication. The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with a peaceful spacious backyard. The house itself was just as described and pictured. We utilized it for its proximity to the medical center and it was quick and very easy to navigate to and from. It’s conveniently located by many great restaurants as well as grocers.
