Welcome to the Coastal Town of San Leon, a hidden treasure tucked away right on the Gulf. With this new build home, you can enjoy the water view, on any of our 3 porches. In the mood for fishing, take a short walk down the street and drop your line in the Galveston Bay. Drive 10 minutes to the famous Kemah Boardwalk. Have dinner at the trendy Pier 6 restaurant, 2 miles away. Or, take a short drive to Galveston (25 minutes away). This growing coastal city has so much for you to do.

Amazing place to stay for a weekend getaway.The surrounding area wasn’t too nice, but overall had no problems and the bungalow itself resembled the pictures and we loved it.

Fishing tournament housing

I had a fishing tournament out of Top water grill and found this property. After arriving and getting detailed Instructions on everything I was very surprised how clean and spacious this beautiful home was. I would highly recommend staying here. Awesome floor plan and amazing out door area with fire pit and bar.

Short trip done well

We came in a week or so after hurricane beryl blew through. My husband, our five year old and myself. We helped a friend in Houston then went down to catch some fish and explore. Everything was just as listed. A Boater’s bungalow. The neighborhood is not in the prettiest part of town but we didn’t have any issues and locals were very nice. Just a heads up- you will need to be able to climb stairs- these are steep. Nice newer home near water-not beach. Which is what was expected. But Kemah is a very short 15 minute drive and Galveston is 30 minutes. We were welcomed with a s’mores kit! House had everything we needed pretty much. Lots of good fishing spots and local restaurants-Topwater grill and Pier 6 are super close and fantastic! League city is also a short 20 minute drive and is great for more dining and entertainment options. Bring your bug spray- you’ll need it and have a great time! We did!!
