Stroll back from snorkeling at the Tres Palmas Marine Preserve, rinse the sand off your toes in our outdoor shower, and relax in the cool, ocean breezes while you barbecue on our beautiful, tiled rooftop deck. Enjoy morning coffee on the 2nd floor balcony, or the 1st floor patio. The entire house sleeps 12, 6 on each level; rent 1 or both. There are separate entrances, so it's ideal for small groups or extended family.

You can have togetherness, and still have your own space - each level has its own fully equipped kitchen and living area with A/C in all rooms, WiFi, and Smart TV. Each level also has a master bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. You can have each of the other 2 bedrooms on each level made up with twin beds or with a king.

Our location makes everything easy. Beaches abound, and we have everything you need for a great day in the sun - beach chairs, towels, and coolers. Rincon is the surf capitol of the Caribbean. We are 5 minutes from surfing beaches where you can rent a board and take a lesson. Or walk down the block and snorkel, float, or try a stand up paddle board on the marina's calm waters.

If dry land activities are more your speed, our location gives you easy access to pickleball courts that have regular pickup games, running trails in the woods by Domes Beach, and horseback riding tours.

Walk to the beach at the end of the block to enjoy a fabulous sunset. Or you can enter the Paseo Comunitario walking trail that goes past several beaches and ends at the clifftop Punta Higuera lighthouse park. The park has a lively atmosphere for the beautiful sunsets and you might spot a whale! The plaza in the center of town is 1 mile from the house and every Thursday night holds the Art Walk, a festival with music, food, and unique items handcrafted by local artisans. You'll also find the farmers market there every Sunday morning for tasty local produce.

Your biggest problem will be to decide whether to snorkel, surf, or walk around the corner to the marina and take a whale watching or diving trip. You can have a pleasant evening in with our many books and games, listening to the song of the coquis, the native Puerto Rican tree frogs. Or walk over to one of the many waterfront restaurants to experience fresh seafood and other local delights. Bring a desire to relax and have fun - we supply everything else!
