"Welcome to our apartment, a sanctuary designed for relaxation and the creation of cherished memories. We've poured our hearts into decorating it, ensuring you experience both comfort and modern elegance.

Our fully equipped kitchen boasts top-notch appliances, including a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, laundry facilities, and a dryer, all brand new and ready for your convenience.

The master bedroom is a haven of luxury, featuring a Lago Design bed, an ensuite bathroom for your privacy, and a dedicated workspace for those who need to stay connected. The guest room is equally inviting, with a cozy queen bed by Bonaldo. Another well-appointed bathroom is conveniently situated in the hallway, offering convenience and style.

Both bathrooms, like the rest of our home, have undergone recent remodeling, reflecting our commitment to your comfort and satisfaction.

When it comes to relaxation, our living room boasts a Nicoline Italia sofa bed that's not only stylish but incredibly comfortable for a restful night's sleep. In the communal area, a Magis dining table seating six sets the stage for memorable meals and conversations.

However, the true gem of our apartment is the balcony, your personal vantage point for spectacular ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Here, you'll find an additional dining table for six and two iconic rocking chairs from Magis, inviting you to unwind and soak in the beauty of your surroundings.

We understand the importance of staying connected, so we've selected the fastest available internet service in the area. Additionally, two 55" TVs are at your disposal, allowing you to connect to your favorite streaming apps like Hulu, Netflix, HBO, and more (please note, there's no cable TV).

Our condominium is an intimate complex comprising only eight apartments, ensuring a serene and well-maintained environment. The pool area is typically uncrowded, offering a peaceful retreat during your stay.

Please be aware that the pool requires a bottom repainting, which has already been scheduled by the complex administration. Nevertheless, the pool receives proper maintenance twice a week.

For your peace of mind, we have a water reserve that operates continuously, and a backup power generator is available. The generator can be used in the event of extended power outages or emergencies (authorization and instructions required). It provides power for essential appliances such as the fridge, fans, and select lights, though please note it won't power the stove, microwave, or hairdryer.

Lastly, please be aware that our condo is a walk-up unit without an elevator, and our space is situated on the second floor.
