This apartment is located in a small, traditional, Roman neighborhood right by the Vatican museums. This area feels like a small borgo with artisanal shops, wonderful restaurants and cafes. It is very safe and welcoming to solo travelers, families or women travelling alone.

The historical sites are accessible by foot or metro from this apartment. We suggest by foot to really enjoy the beauty of Rome!

THE APARTMENT

Reach our apartment by stairs or ramp and take the elevator or stairs to the first floor.

Entrance

Bedroom: One Italian king size bed and one single bed. Desk. Large tv. Wardrobe and bedside tables. Air-conditioning. Fan. Radiator for winter heating.

Bedroom/Living Room: Couch/Bed that can be used as a single bed or an Italian marriage bed (between a king/queen). TV. Table and chairs. Mirror. Portable AC. Fan.

Kitchen: Full kitchen with fridge, gas stove, oven, utensils, etc. Fan. There is also a washing machine. Look under the sink for cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

Bathroom: Walk in shower, toilet, bidet, sink. Look in vanity for extra trash bags, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc.

Please note the bathroom (as in most houses in Italy) has hot water supplied by a large water heater (new as of February 2024)- you may have to wait for the water to recharge with long, unstopped use.

House has highspeed, fiber internet. Madaline has taught English virtually to Chinese students using the wifi with great success. We can also provide you with an Ethernet cord for added stability.

We welcome families and groups to our home and envision the house with two separate living spaces. The house will comfortably sleep 5 people.
