Loved the backyard and pool

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The backyard and pool area are fantastic. My teenage kids absolutely loved it! The reason I gave this property four stars is because we wanted to have a few people over for dinner, however, they would not accommodate more than two cars on our property at any time. We were not allowed to have people that we were actually traveling with, join us for dinner at our place. The whole reason we rented this property, was to have a small pizza gathering with some friends in our back area. The listing does say no parties, however, I was very clear with the property manager, stating the number of people, and exactly how long the dinner would last, and they would not accommodate the request. The property is very safe and you have to be on “the list” to get into the actual neighborhood.

Hi there, we are glad you liked the home! Regarding the dinner party you requested, we simply cannot hold the number of people you wanted there, which was a bout 10-12 people more than what you booked, if you have mentioned the desire to host a party there before you booked the answer would have been the same. Sorry about that, but we have to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and the city. We just cant have 15-20 people at the house at any time.
