Family apartment (penthouse) on the 5th floor, recently renovated large living room, 1 sofa 3 seats, 2 armchairs, 1 bar and 1 dining table with 6 seats and tv.

Bedroom 1 - Suite - Double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, bathroom and TV.
Bedroom 2 - Ceiling fan, 2 bunk beds and wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - 1 bunk bed and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 - 1 bunk bed, ceiling fan and wardrobe.

Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and cabinets.

Outside area (roof) - Swimming pool, 1 bathroom and barbecue.

Imovel é otimo! A localização e perto de tudo, mercado, praia e padaria! A casa estava super limpa inclusive os utensilios de cozinha muito bem conservados. O espaço do terraço e muito grande e a churrasqueira e otima! Esperamos retornar em breve.

Quero agradecer a proprietária Srta Elea, pelo ótimo atendimento desde o início do contato, pela atenção, educação, pontualidade!! Apto está em ótima localização, poucos metros da praia e supermercado. A cobertura é maravilhosa. Possui muito espaço nas áreas internas e externas, é bem arejado e demonstra exatamente como se vê nas fotos. A piscina estava limpa e oferece toda estrutura de cadeiras e mesas para de curtir por ali também. Todos os utensílios descritos estão a disposição. O zelador também é muito atencioso e está sempre disposto a auxiliar no que é preciso. Realmente curtimos muito nossa estada neste apto, espero ter a oportunidade de visitar mais vezes. Mais uma vez, muito obrigado por nos confiar as chaves do seu apto. Esperamos ter tido os cuidados como se fosse nosso.
