The 3 upper level rooms have queen beds and are serviced by another 4pc bathroom. There is a high quality sofa bed in the living room on the main level. The home is centrally heated and central air-conditioned.

All the modern comforts of home are here including a large flat screen TVs, cable TV, upgraded high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, patio, and more.
The dining area is perfect for board or card games and makes a great space to reflect on the days experiences.

THE DECK

A large deck area with seating is situated on the Southern Side of the house and offers guests a private relaxation area complete with an outdoor BBQ.

THE YARD

The home sits on a very large fully fenced pie shaped lot with multiple entry and exit points which is perfect for large trucks, RV's, and Campers. A total of eight vehicles can park within the parking area of the property.
The yard features large mature trees provided shade from the sun and plenty of space for pets to venture and stretch their legs.
