Enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Coquina Beach 5G. It had everything we needed to spend our days on the beach. The unit itself was fully equipped with everything we needed as a home away from home. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Overall we had a good time. The beach was nice and people were very friendly.

The condo was clean and in good condition. Only thing maybe needs to be replaced are the beach chairs not in the best of shape. Also the toaster did not work properly.

Met all our expectations

The unit worked well for our group of 2 grandparents 2 parents and 3 boys 5, 2, and 2 weeks. We could eat breakfast quietly in the porch and head out to the beach in the mornings and let the tired parents and newborn “ sleep”“ in during the mornings. Lots of beach toys games available. The pool was great. Beds were comfortable. Only real issue was the lack of any blinds in the loft. The kids woke up as soon as the very bright sun did- 2 year old thought there was a light in the kitchen. We have stayed in many units at Coquina Beach and this was the most starkly supplied. Not even salt and pepper or coffee filters. But the kitchen was functional and dishes, pots and pans were totally adequate for the gourmet cooks in the group. Thanks!

Sanibel Sensational

Close to the beach although you could not see the shore without a short walk, I felt blessed to be able to be in such proximity. The folder provided guidance to other attractions. Quiet and beautifully landscaped, I felt Coquina Beach property was a very good choice for home away.
