Charged my account and still have yet to get the money back. I am okay with a hold for damages but being transparent about it and not just charging someone’s card with no fair warning is unacceptable. Will not be staying again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry for any frustration around the damage hold — it was fully disclosed beforehand. The hold was only an authorization, not a charge, and it has already been released back to your account. From our messages during your stay, it sounded like you were enjoying the property, and you even asked to extend your trip. I wish we could have accommodated the extra nights you requested, but we already had another guest checking in right after you.
