A spacious front patio with a fire table is perfect for sunny afternoons and cool evenings. A screened-in bird cage off the kitchen offers a quiet seating area in the back yard. The rental also includes use of one golf cart.

There is a king master bedroom/bathroom, a queen second bedroom with unattached bathroom, and a new queen murphy bed in the third bedroom . You will have access to one golf cart, and vehicle parking is allowed in the driveway. A second cart can be rented privately from the owners for $25 per day.
