The house boasts a large living room with comfy leather sectional, 55" Smart TV, and workspace; a large kitchen with cute dining area, bar and plenty of counterspace; a master suite with king bed and en-suite bathroom; large backyard space and patio.

Guests have full access to the property. There is a back detached garage that is used for storage and locked to guests.

Very cute property. Owners have done so much to update! Very nice touches. Could use new flooring & a weekend of attention to details and will be FIVE STARS across the board!! Quiet, older neighborhood. Easy to get to everything. Great communication from hosts. Would definitely stay again.

We traveled from Michigan to visit family in Wichita. Our host, Alex, kept excellent communication and even allowed us to arrive a few hours early. The home looked just like the pictures — comfortable bed, fluffy towels, everything you need to cook dinner, a fenced backyard for our dog, Ed, and great water pressure in the shower were some of the highlights we truly appreciated. The neighborhood is peaceful, and I felt safe walking the dog. If we happen to be in the area again, we’d definitely choose this place once more.

We had to go to Wichita for a funeral and just needed a nice place to stay. The house is in a little older neighborhood but this house is in great shape. It was clean and the open layout is very accommodating. Highly recommend

Nice Stay for Christmas

We met my daughter and my sister here for a holiday gathering. Check in process was very easy with the door code. The house was clean and ready for us. I was able to get in and out of the front door with my wheelchair. Overall, it was a very pleasant holiday! Thank you!

The rooms were a good size and the house was comfortable, however, it could use a coat of paint and some updates. Alex, our host was absolutley great. She was responsive and made sure we were happy with the stay. She responded immeidately got what we needed.

The hostess was very welcoming and the place was nice and clean for our stay inside the house. We enjoyed the stay very much. The house was as advertised but there were a couple of details that would have made the stay better. The house inside had been updated, clean but was not in great shape. The bathroom sink was very slow draining and retained water after a couple of people used it in the morning (to be fair we did not ask for this to be fixed during our stay out of convenience for us. I am sure the hostess would have sent someone out if we asked. They were responsive and helpful). The backyard was very spacious and would have been ideal for our dogs but we found after walking around it that there was a significant amount of brush, broken concrete, old glass, pottery shards, and nails. Unfortunately, we did not realize this until after one of our dogs got a very significant cut on her paw. I don’t bring these out to bash the property or owners just to leave an honest review. As I noted earlier the hostess was very responsive and I brought this to their attention at the end of the stay. (The yard was such an issue it likely couldn’t have been remedied during our stay) Bottom line is that if they fix the issues we discovered, we plan to rent again next holiday season. As it is, I would be concerned for the safety of kids and pets in the yard.
