The Timbers on Monkey Brook is ideal for those looking to enjoy the four season fun in the mountains of Maine. This home is located just 6 minutes from Sunday River, and 12 minutes to downtown Bethel. This mountainside home offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms on three spacious floors of living space. Featuring a beautiful kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops and plenty of space for cooking, dining and entertaining. Spend time with family and friends in the open first floor great room with a gas fireplace to warm up by after a day on the slopes. Off the main living area you will find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Relax and unwind in the large primary suite with a beautiful tile shower. The lower level offers a second living area as well as bunk room and full bath with laundry. Enjoy your next trip to the Bethel and Sunday River area, with all the comforts of home at The Timbers.

To enjoy your trip to this mountainside property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Traditional drip coffee maker and Nespresso are provided. Bringing filters and coffee is recommended.

Everything you would want or need in a property made for ski country. Little to be desired, the house is perfect. Convenient location, quiet, and all the immunities you would need. Clean and cozy environment. There’s not much else I can say, just a wonderful spot.

January Long Weekend

My family had a wonderful long weekend vacation at The Timbers! The bedrooms for a family of 9 were perfect. The extra family room on the basement floor was great for the boys:22, 17 and 10. The adults enjoyed the gas fireplace and ample seating on the main living floor. There is ample seating around the ‘sleigh’ table for meals. Matt communicated quickly with any concerns that I had. A five minutes ride to Sunday River was really nice, and we were in the lift line by 7:45 on a busy Saturday. We had a lovely walk at a nearby park along the Androscoggin on Sunday. Everyone enjoyed it!!
