We loved the condo! And loved having access to the outside from the downstairs bedroom. It was nice to walk directly to the river and to look out and enjoy watching the deer. The condo was just as pictured, and the kitchen was very well stocked. We will stay here again if in the area.

Best of Both Worlds

The condo seems pretty new and it’s in a perfect location for the 4th of July activities. There are walking trails to the river, springs and to town. This is really helpful because of the limited parking in town. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and great location

Stayed one week for Wolf Creek ski vacation. Having a garage is great for storing ski gear and not scraping ice from vehicles. Location great for Hot Springs and downtown Pagosa. Very comfortable 3 bedroom townhouse.

Comfort Views Location Fabulous!

Ours was a girls’ trip, and this couldn’t have been better. The babbling river is steps from the back door for walks, sitting on benches, or just enjoying the sound from an open window. The condo was immaculate, though the pillows have gotten rather flat & could use replacing. Great kitchen, comfy living room, perfect location for all we wanted to do. I’ve already recommended this one to friends.

Everything We Needed

Went to Pagosa for a snowboarding and hot springs weekend. The house had everything we needed to stay in and cook as well as relax after two days at Wolf Creek.

Excellent Accomodations

Very upscale and well stocked. Kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat in. Hosts have thought of everything from hair dryers to extra blankets to camp chairs. Thank you for such a memorable stay. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Beautiful Property, Great Price

Condo is a perfect location. Close to downtown yet private part on the river. It was very clean and comfortable for us all. 7 people stayed with us ages 9,11,15,20,20,41,41. We had pleanty of room and really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

Great property conviently located in downtown Pagosa Springs. Easily access restaurants and only 30 minutes from Wolfcreek Skiing. Property managers are quick to respond with answers.

Perfect location in beautiful Pagosa Springs

Wonderful stay! Traveled from MA to Pagosa for a friends wedding and was stunned by the beautiful location and views. Condo was perfectly placed to be greeted by deer out the back and a short walk to the River Walk area. Really enjoyed our stay in a wonderfully kept condo. Highly recommend!

Spacious, well stocked and convenient.

Property was incredibly comfortable, close to everything in Pagosa Springs. Kitchen has a gas range - loved it! The living and dining room areas are spacious. The entire property is well equipped, very clean. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Pagosa Springs condo

What a fabulous place to spend an extended weekend stay! The property is lovely and is conveniently located in a picturesque setting, close to walking paths and the springs. It is stocked with all necessary needs and the kitchen is generously equipped. The beds were comfortable and the condo has a cozy feel. Leo is very responsive, kind and helpful with any questions. We'll hope to return someday!
