About this property

Enjoy the rustic cabin feel intertwined with a few luxuries! Relax with your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening on the front deck. It is positively perfect for gazing the open fields, the western hillside of Canandaigua Lake or even perhaps the horses grazing in the pasture. The main floor is open concept with dining space, living room area and full kitchen. The spacious master bedroom has a queen size bed, large closet and flat screen tv. It is possible to close this space off completely from the rest of the living area. You'll get the true cabin feel in the upstairs loft which features a double bed. This is a true loft space with low ceiling clearance at 5'6" at the peak. Perfect for kiddos or an able couple. The living room area has a brand new queen size, pull out bed for added sleeping space. The back patio is where you can grill up a storm and enjoy a great meal at the outdoor dining area. Before bed, slip into the hot tub for a relaxing soak and find out what a GREAT night of sleep feels like!

Wonderful Property and Experience!

My partner and I chose this property for it's proximity to Keuka College and the privacy (the hot tub was a welcomed bonus). Little did we know how amazing and thoughtful the hosts would be. Jonna's communication was thoughtful and kind, she even asked about our wine preferences, and left a little gift from the finger lakes region. Jonna made sure to leave carrots in the fridge in case we wanted to feed the horses, which we took advantage of. We live in the Midwest and do not have a Wegmans; Jonna's recommendation was perfect. We didn't have time to stop at Brewery Ardennes but found a 4 pack at Wegmans. Although my induction ceremony was rescheduled, we loved the finger lakes region and the property. We will definitely stay at this property the next time we're in the finger lakes region. Check out the Unique Toy Store, you won't be disappointed! Thanks for a wonderful experience Jonna & Wes!

Why they chose this property

The quiet country life while being only 10 minutes from Canandaigua was a big pull for us with this property. Our road is so quiet and several neighbors farm.

What makes this property unique

This property is very quaint and special. The main house and Cabin, although next door to each other, have really no views of each other. It makes each section feel very private. It's very refreshing and beautiful to sit on the decks and look at fields and hillsides.
