Bears, bears and more bears! You will love the owner's whimsical collection of bears throughout this great mountain cabin. Nestled into a quiet, forested neighborhood, this hillside 4BR/3.5BA home offers three floors of spectacular mountain views, activities for the whole family, and plenty of comfortable living space.

Curl up in front of the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy a movie in the luxurious Great Room, which features spacious recliners and beautiful mountain views out of every window.

Gather round the oversized rustic table with seating for eight and enjoy home-cooked meals from the gourmet kitchen.

Past the kitchen on the main floor, relax in your choice of two queen bedrooms connected by a jack-and-jill full bath.

Head downstairs to enjoy the fully-furnished game room, featuring a pool table and retro-style arcade games. The lower level features a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with two twin beds and a twin trundle, a full bath and an electric fireplace. Walk out the door in the bedroom to a protected patio to enjoy yet another angle of the beautiful Bear-a-dise views.

From the Great Room, head upstairs to another living area with access to a small deck. The upper level features the master bedroom, which includes its own ensuite bath with a shower and jetted tub. A separate room in the ensuite houses the washer and dryer. The king-size bed looks out the vaulted windows to a panoramic view of Estes Park and Lumpy Ridge. A private deck is accessible from French doors.

- Management does not provide firewood for the wood-burning fireplace.
- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$135 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$135 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $135, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)




What to be aware of:

- No A/C
- Age Restriction: The person who books the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, and must also stay in the vacation home.
- BEARS in the area, please secure all trash. 
- On-call staff is available after hours daily to respond to urgent issues that threaten the health or safety of guests, or the property itself; such as a gas leak, a broken furnace, or broken water line. Non-urgent issues will be handled on the next business day.
- We provide a complimentary starter set of household items such as bath tissue, paper towels, and dish soap. We do not re-stock these items and if needed, additional supplies will need to be purchased locally by the guest.
- Pets are not allowed in this home. Guests will be charged a $1000 cleaning fee for non-compliance.
- Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana, inside this home. Cleaning for cigarette or marijuana smoke will result in a $1000 cleaning fee.
- Parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with strict noise restrictions. Quiet hours begin at 9 pm. Thank you!
- Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community Please Bring a Flashlight!
- Long term reservations of 30+ days will require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Reservations include one departure trash pick up. Extra charges will be added for any extra trash pickups and mid-stay cleans.
- Snow is removed at 4 inches of new snow fall by management upon guest arrival. Management is not responsible for roads leading up to property.
