** Bedrooms**

Each room is outfitted with the finest details including comfy mattresses, rugs and mirrors to make sure you're looking fly before heading out to your events!

Master Bedroom has a plush queen bed, TV & very tasteful decor. You will want to use the shower a million times as it feels like a whole room in itself!

The junior master has a full bed, beautiful decor and a gorgeous fluted wall. It is attached to the second bathroom directly for ease and privacy. The third bedroom right across the hall has two Twin XL beds and a large mirror. It is located directly next to the hall bathroom including a tub and plenty of room for multiple people to get ready!

** Kitchen & Dining**
This massive & open-concept kitchen is perfect for a big family or group, allowing you to interact with others in the living and dining room area. Filled with TONS of natural lighting and coffee galore, you will be happy hanging out here with your friends & family! The kitchen has numerous high quality gadgets including a commercial-style espresso maker, keurig for a simpler coffee, an air fryer, dishwasher, microwave & fridge. If there is anything else we can accommodate, please let us know before your stay and we will do our best to make it happen :)

** Outside Space**
Walk out to the gorgeous backyard through the master or through the private exit across from the laundry room. The patio is the ideal spot to hang out with friends & family, enjoy a cocktail and play games. Basketball hoop will be installed in pool before your stay, cornhole & even a putting green!

Free parking is available in the driveway & all along the street. Tesla charger is available to use at your convenience!
Guest access
As a guest, you will have the whole house to yourself including the laundry room, backyard, front yard, pool, putting green, & patio. There is both driveway parking and street parking! This is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood.

You will access the property through an electronic key code-based front door, with access code provided to you prior to arrival.
