BEAVER CREEK - Fully renovated, beautiful and spacious (2150 square feet) 3 bedroom, 3 bath two-story duplex in Beaver Creek with an open floor plan. The home has a fully-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel Kitchenaid appliances, quartz countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, 3 TVs (including a 55" smart TV in living room), DVD player, Sonos speakers, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, patio, gas grill, 1-car garage, and complimentary wireless Internet. First floor bedroom has 2 sets of bunks beds. Upstairs are 2 master suites, one with a King bed and the second with a Queen bed, both with flat-screen TVs, walk-in closets, and private baths. In the summer, relax on our patio overlooking the Beaver Creek golf course, or enjoy the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts located a few steps from our front door. In the winter, enjoy sledding, snow shoeing or cross country skiing on the golf course just outside our back door. Complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle bus service brings you quickly from our home to any location in Beaver Creek, including the ski slopes, golf clubhouse, and restaurants (free shuttle available 7am until midnight). Two common-area hot tubs are open year-round; the heated pool is open summers only. The outdoor tennis court (which has also been lined for pickle ball) is available for your use, weather permitting.

Our spacious home is within the gates of Beaver Creek resort. This sunny home features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, 55" flat-screen TV, and lots of space. The fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, comfortable living room, two master suites (with walk-in closets) and a bunk room make it a perfect home for families. In the winter, you'll appreciate the ski rack and boot dryer in the garage and sleds for the kids. Year round you can enjoy the games, books, and DVDs left for your use. And you'll enjoy the convenience of being within the gates of Beaver Creek, with its excellent shops, restaurants, and ski school.

Convenient shuttle bus service: Don't hassle with loading up the car and parking! Enjoy the complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle bus service to get around Beaver Creek. The shuttle bus picks you up at home and drops you off at the ski slopes or any location in the Beaver Creek resort. Catch the shuttle bus again when you're ready to return home. If your whole party isn't ready to go at the same time, you can catch the bus in shifts so everyone can get to ski school or the slopes at their own pace!

Amazing property…

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful home. It was clean and beautifully decorated and spacious. We also appreciated the great communication from the owner. The shuttle bus to the mountain was just the icing on the cake!! We also really appreciated how we were provided basic supplies (paper towels, napkins, dish soap, spices, shampoo etc. ). We were 💯 % delighted and hope to visit again next season. Thank you.

Spring Break

This property was exactly what our group needed for our ski trip in March. The bunk beds were perfect for the four kids who are all best friends, while allowing parents to stay upstairs and get some sleep! Every detail was attended to, and when we had a sink fall off the wall, Mary had her team there within hours to get it fixed. The property was fantastic, but so is the owner.

Perfect ski condo for two families of 4

This condo has everything you need for a wonderful ski vacation at Beaver Creek. The entire condo is updated and pristine, especially the kitchen, which is well-equipped with everything from high-end appliances to sharp knives! The location and amenities were perfect for two families of 4 to share. Shuttle to the ski area is very convenient. This was our third trip to Beaver Creek--we stayed at the Westin the first two times--and we would definitely stay in this condo again next time. It has all of the convenience and comfort of a high-end resort hotel, but with more amenities, more room to relax more of a "home away from home" feeling. Not to mention what we saved by cooking our meals instead of eating out. Our family cannot recommend this condo highly enough. We hope to come back and stay again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was our second time back to this property. It’s our favorite. It was clean & well stocked. We appreciated the thoughtful details of supplies since we flew! The location is so pretty on the golf course and the shuttle super easy. Will be back!

A wonderful property, comfortable home, great location, fully equipped!

We were so impressed with this home! Spacious, cozy, clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped....it wasn't lacking anything. Bathrooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The homeowner, Mary, was friendly and helpful in assisting us with any questions we had even before arriving at the home. We had a wonderful stay and fell in love with this home! We are definitely planning on renting it again!

Loved it!

Great property for our group. Plenty of room for all 10 of us, and all the appliances and amenities we needed were there. Beaver Creek Shuttle was super convenient and made getting to the slopes and village very easy. We would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Beaver Creek!

Great view, well equipped, and great layout

We enjoyed this townhouse so much. It was well equipped with all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. A very convenient location and the shuttle service was excellent. So easy to get around places. We loved having fires in the fireplace at night after skiing all day. The bathrooms have been updated nicely, and we liked having 2 master bedrooms as we went with another family. We will rent this place again.

AMAZING location with even better views. Very beautiful.

Some friends and I traveled on a last minute snow boarding trip. Mary took the short notice and had the house perfect for us. Prime location as it is inside the walls of resort. About a 5 min ride to the slopes with free shuttle service as well! House was very large as we didn't need all the room, but it would be great for a large family. We will stay again as Mary was a class act and top notch service! Thankyou for making our trip wonderful.

Great Condo for 2 couples and kids or a family.

Mary is super nice and very accommodating. The condo is AWESOME ! We had 8 people and one night an extra guest on the pull out and were not cramped at all. Kitchen is well appointed (with Keurig) and other items. Plenty of room for everyone and shuttles taking you to the mt. at just about any time of day. Dial a ride at night for restaurant in the village is also great (& free) since there is little to no parking up in the village. Hot tubs are a short walk out the front door and a welcome treat after a hard day of skiing. I am normally one who want to be right on the mt. but this was just as good, of not better due to the savings you reap form not doing full ski in/ski out which in the village actually involves a lot of walking. I hope to become a regular at Mary's condo for years to come.

Excellent Home for skiing

Excellent property. We had 4 in our party and this home worked perfectly. It was quiet, spacious, and very convenient. The bus picks you up 100 yards from the front door and dropped us off at the front door when we returned. The owner is very prompt to respond to questions and provided excellent recommendations for ski rental and dining options. It had every amenity we needed, plus some we didn't. The pictures do not convey how big it actually is! Highly recommend.

Great Stay

My family and I had a great time at this Townhome in the Fairways. The home was perfect for us as two of our kids slept in the bunk room and the other upstairs in the second master. Great house for a big family or two small families. The owner Mary was very nice and everything was as we were told. Beaver Creek has a free shuttle during the day and free Dial a Ride at night so we never even used our car except to go to the grocery in Avon. Would definitly rent this place again.

Great time in Beaver Creek - loved the home.

Had a great time in Beaver Creek and loved the home. Having the 2 master bedrooms and the bunk-bed room was perfect for our two families. After skiing we all enjoyed the hot-tub. We also cooked most dinners at home to save $. Kitchen was well equipped. Being on the golf course gave the kids lots of room to build snow forts and go sledding. The Beaver Creek shuttle is fast and so nice not to worry about parking. The entry way did get crowded with boots and shoes and was a little hard to work around when trying to get to the washer and dryer. My sister-in-law and our two girls skipped skiing two of the days. Avon rec center has a great work-out facility for a min price. Also went to the free cooking demonstrations at Beaver Creek and managed to make it to the mountain for the 3pm chocolate chip cookies. Hope to come back in the summer or fall. I am sure the Aspens are beautiful.

We chose Beaver Creek because it is a great family resort, with a fantastic children's ski school and many activities year-round. We chose this property because of its spaciousness and location. In the winter, we love that we love that we can walk or snowshoe on the golf course and the kids can go right out our back door and play in the snow. In the summer, we love to sit outside on the patio or at the pool and enjoy the beauty of Beaver Creek.

What makes this property unique

Our home is right in Beaver Creek (not in Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, Avon, or any other place that likes to call themselves Beaver Creek). Our back patio overlooks the 5th hole of the Beaver Creek golf course. With 2150 sq feet, our home is larger than many other 3-bedroom homes in the area.
