Nicely updated 4 bedroom craftsman with modern finishes. House is fully stocked to meet your every day needs. Spacious house to accommodate large groups. This house is near the Northgate mall, Kraken Ice-plex, 24 hour-fitness, public transportation, major highways, and minutes to downtown Seattle. Large bedrooms with smart TV. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. There is a nice yard and a BBQ grill with outside dining. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Enjoy everything this house has to offer!

Large bedrooms. 2 queen size bed for main level. 2 king size bed upstairs. Each room has a Smart TV and a work station. All rooms have black out curtains. 2 couch beds in the living room with extra pillows and blankets.

A perfect house getaway!

I really enjoyed staying with family at this house. Perfect amount of rooms and cleanliness, everything was great. Host was very helpful in also letting us have a later checkout time and communication, would definitely stay again!

Great Cozy Place in a Fantastic location

The house was wonderful, rooms were spacious and clean, the layout of the house was great for a group of people staying to play board games and more. Would absolutely consider staying again.

Group trip

A large group of friends and I put in to stay at this place. It was clean, and had small amenities that people tend to forget about. Which was nice. The property manger was prompt in responding to any needs. My only complaints were that the water heater temp is turned too high. I was terrified that I burnt my self. the gate couldnt be closed completely. And parking wasn't really big enough for a truck and a jeep. 2 cars maybe

Wonderful house in a wonderful location

We had a group of 10 family members stay for two nights and enjoy this house and the location! Beds were all comfortable, water pressure was good and we were glad to have ample parking. The parking is tight and only one car can get out at a time. I wish there had been fans, without ac on the main level, it was a little warm, but that's just getting picky. The table had place mats and under them, it was a little dirty, like the table hadn't been cleaned. Also, checkout time was 11:00, but then the host said it was 10:00 and requested we be out by then. I double checked and both our email confirmation and the live listing said 11. Would definitely stay here again though.

Disappointed

The house is nice. We had an invasion of ants and loud neighbours in the unit below. The notes in the house information notebook were not up to date and calling the house manager went straight to voice mail. We did this to ask for help to turn down the loud music and arguing. It was well after 11pm before it stopped. Also better directions to parking would have been helpful. The address is on one street and the driveway is off another.
