A clean, and comfortable logging with easy access. Definitely one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a vacation rental. Kitchen amenities could use a little attention, not all the cookware works with the induction cooktop and there is a shortage of forks. All in all a good experience.
My boys stayed here to train for baseball for the summer. They were always safe, they found excellent rest here, it was close to everything they needed, especially Trader Joe’s. Isaac is a top notch owner, his responses were prompt and professional. I would rent this property again and again, well priced and well stocked!Look no further, stay here!
Secluded behind a larger house, this level floor one-bedroom is just right for a single/couple. Safe neighborhood, quiet area, and perfect for a short stay.
It was just me in the space, and it was well outfitted, clean and very quiet. I was not there during the day, only in the evening. Great communication with the owner. If I return to the area, I would rent again.
My stay was great, a little bit of commotion upstairs through the night on the second night. But I got my laundry done while mine were being replaced along with new flooring in half my house. The sad thing is my cat was with me and got out while I loaded my stuff to leave. Hopefully I can find her, she means the world to me and my family.

A passable, budget option
The unit was roughly as described, though quite a few aspects made our stay annoying. The entry through a trashcan alley, gravel path and a backyard were not particularly welcoming or convenient when traveling with full sized luggage. Furniture was a bit out of place and wasn't too comfortable. We couldn't find a way to turn off the AC and were cold most night. The extra pillow covers were stored in a cabinet with moist towels, yuck. The house seems to be built from cardboard so we could hear every word, step or even every object moved by the occupants of the unit upstairs. On the positive side the smart TV came handy to watch the Olympics. Overall it's passable for one night but not something I'd recommend unless you're particularly budget constrained.
While the place has its charm, the pricing does not seem to align with the overall experience. Located in a basement, there is a noticeable musty odor upon entry. Although the cleaning efforts are evident, the sofa bed is stained and carries a pet-like smell, making it uncomfortable for sleeping—sufficient for a short stay but not ideal for relaxation. We encountered a few issues, including only one roll of toilet paper provided and a washer that malfunctioned, leaving our clothes soaked. Isaac was quick to respond to our concerns, even late into the evening, and he kindly allowed us to use the washer in a secondary unit. However, this process resulted in very little sleep for me, as I had to ensure our clothes were clean before our flight the following day.As a first-time user of this type of accommodation, I found it somewhat impractical. For the price we paid, a hotel room would have offered more comfort and amenities. Overall, the setup is cute and tidy, but the basement smell and distance to the entrance detracted from our experience. If the pricing were adjusted to be more reasonable, it might make for a more appealing stay. That said, Isaac offers excellent customer support and is very accommodating—he certainly deserves five stars for his service!
This place could use some TLC. We were greeted by a strange smell upon entering after having to walk over loose gravel past several garbage containers. The interior appears to have come from several garage sales with stains on the couch and on the bathroom mat (looks like blood). The small wet bar sink made it uncomfortable to wash dishes and pans as it is clearly not designed for that purpose. As the thermostat is located upstairs and not accessible, no way to control the temperature in the basement. OK to crash for a night or two or if you are on a budget. Otherwise a hotel would be better.
