A gorgeous saltwater pool and the ocean are at your doorstep. It was recently fully renovated, including the kitchen, which offers modern appliances and a spacious feel. The villa features 3 bedrooms, including 2 king bedrooms and a bedroom with two twin beds. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower, and the other two have showers. There are two oversized porches, one with an ocean view and the other with a view of Nevis Peak. While the Southern portion of the island has become more touristy, the north end remains unspoiled with pristine beaches, wildlife, and friendly people everywhere.
What makes this property unique
Sand Dollar cottage was designed to capture the trade winds, maximize ocean and mountain views. Its domed ceilings allow beautiful ventilation and a breezy feel. The cottage was recently completely remodeled, including a brand-new kitchen and a more modern and clean feel, while retaining its Caribbean charm.
