This house was super cozy and loved the pool table for the kids! Every room had a TV and there was plenty of sleeping space and bed was super comfortable! The hot tub was a plus!
We were looking for a place to stay midway through a 14 hour drive with a large family, which landed us in Chattanooga. Thankfully we found this gem of a home to house everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was big and beautiful and fully stocked. The living room was spacious and had a pool table to enjoy. The location was perfect for finding a local pizza place to deliver and it wasn't too far from Ruby Falls.
Great correspondence and info. Close to a lot of local foodie and drink establishments. Host was informative and site was in a safe and seemingly improving part of town.
Host didn’t provide accurate information- said the yard was fenced and it wasn’t. Also, the entire house stunk of smoke and pee. I would NEVER recommend this house. The host moved me into another house, but only could accommodate two days of my one week trip, forcing me to move out again. Absolutely horrible experience. BEWARE!!
The house was a mess. Walls filthy, oven dirty, dust and wet clothes in the dryer.

Disliked: Location
The kitchen was not well equipped for a longer stay. For one night it would have been ok. There was very limited pans and only bowls were cereal bowls. No larger bowls to use to cook. The plates we pulled out to eat on were dirty and the silverware was very dirty had to wash before using. The place looked clean on first look but there were crumbs all over the couch and when pulling down one bed to get in the pillow case was nasty and sheets didn’t look washed. Under on bed looked as though no one had ever swept or vacuumed when looking for my daughters shoe. Overall it didn’t feel clean.

The house was pretty, hot tub was nice. The only problem we had was with the air. They have it locked so you cant change the temperature. I reached out to them on the night we checked in and asked them to please turn the ac on as the house was hot. They turned it off completely and never turned the ac on. It was so hot in the house on Saturday. That isnt acceptable.

It took them 5 days to release a hold on a damaged property deposit, even though i had bought the insurance. I was told they would release it on Wednesday and it wasn't released until Monday. I'm still waiting for the bank to release it. The floor was filthy and my toddler kept finding trash from the floor. The hot tube smelled and was discolored. A train yard is near by and shook the whole house one evening. Our overall stay was unpleasant.
