Only two miles from downtown Austin, the neighborhood is quiet and close to several tree-studded parks. The yard is fully fenced-in and good for pups or kiddos.
The stylish house is comfortable and light-filled, with a fully-stocked kitchen, good linens and mattresses, and comfy outdoor furniture.
Minimum one-month rent; owner is open to a rental period of up to 6 months.
No cats or smoking - the owner is highly allergic to both. No parties either, due to past experiences. Thanks for respecting these rules!
