A comfortable and clean 3 bedroom, 2 baths plus bonus room apartment-style home in a quiet neighborhood; 2 offices, a huge finished basement, and a laundry with washer-dryer. Private entrance, Huge yard, and beautiful green in summer/fall. The Interior has mostly hardwood floors except for the bathroom and upgrades throughout the home. A/C is present in the house, including appliances like a new dishwasher, range cooker, and stainless steel fridge.
