About this property

Two-storey house with 04 suites, (01 Conjugate), 01 dependence, service area, kitchen with built-in cabinets, dining room and TV, 60 'TV in the main room, SKY HDTV installed, toilet, kiosk with barbecue and sink, pool with deck, outdoor pool, sleeps up to 12 people, all rooms with split air conditioning. We have a person who looks after the pool every day, gated community near the beach, private club equipped with tennis court, pool, trails for running and walking, soccer field, playground for children, fishing lake and 24 hour security.
The house is near the main resorts of Golf Bahia and Guarajuba beach is famous for the beautiful natural coastal pools.
The amounts of water and electricity are charged separately, the reading is taken at the entrance and exit.
