No fees are 10 houses, pool, barbecue, garages, lot area.

Dias de descanso e tranquilidade.

Foram dias de muito descanso. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Sr. Carlos (proprietário e excelente anfitrião), nos sentimos como se estivéssemos em casa. A casa é bem equipada. Muito sossego e tranquilidade no condomínio, bem familiar. Há shopping, padaria, farmácia e restaurantes próximos. A praia fica bem pertinho, bem tranquila, possui barracas de apoio, e estava bem limpinha (sem manchas de óleo). Recomendamos. Roberto e Bia. Dez.2019

É bem perto da praia de guarajuba, com piscinas naturais incríveis. Pra ir a pé é um pouco cansativo mas é possível. Praias de imbassai, forte, costa do Sauipe estão bem perto dá pra ir de uber. Apartamento lindo, completíssimo, móveis conservados, condomínio muito calmo bem família. O Carlos é simplesmente incrível. Está a disposição a qualquer momento. Confiança, segurança para fazer negócio e não se decepcionar. Ofereceu pra nos levar até o apartamento, mas como não precisamos, ele foi nos guiando até a porta!!! Nem penso duas vezes! Obrigada Carlos. Vc tornou nossa viagem inesquecível
