*Location* Location* This stunning new construction boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, private yard, off-street parking, large gathering space and mounted TVs in all bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms w/king beds, one w/a queen bed and one bedroom w/2 twin beds. There are a total of 3.5 baths and multiple porches & balconies for relaxation. There's ample space in the yard for kids to run around or to relax with friends. Located within walking distance of the Superdome, you'll be close to all the action!
This is a brand-new construction with large and upscale bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms with King Beds, and one room with 2 twins. 4 of the 5 rooms have an attached en suite bath. 2 of the rooms upstairs ( Bedrooms 2 and 3) are both Jack and Jill style for one of the bathrooms. Everything is well stocked, and all private to you and your group. There is streaming services provided in all TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the property. This property is also extremely close to the Superdome!
The entire space will be yours. You have the front and back yards and porches, the parking area, the back yard and the entire home. No one will enter any of the spaces without your knowledge or request.
This home is brand new and was just completely furnished top to bottom. There should be zero issues anticipated with any reservations, but if anything is to arise, we are just a call or message away. This place was specifically designed to host VRBO guests. 4 of the bedrooms have access to a bathroom via en suite.
We are always available when needed. We plan to give you the space to enjoy your stay with us otherwise.

I frequented New Orleans as a tourist before getting an opportunity to work here and call it home! It always meant a lot to me to have a great place to stay while I was in town! I hope to be able to provide my guests with the amazing experiences that I was able to enjoy!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is centrally located, quiet and just under a mile to the Superdome. Whether you're in town for the big game, or the big concert, or just to get the the French Quarter.
What makes this property unique
All of the bedrooms have wall mounted TVs. All of the bedrooms have access to a bathroom via en suite. There is parking, a yard and it was meticulously designed!
