The stunning new construction boasts 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, private yard, off-street parking, a large gathering space and wall mounted TVs in all bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms fitted with king beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. There are a total of 3.5 baths and multiple porches & balconies for relaxation. There's ample space in the yard for kids to run around or to relax with friends. The entire home was designed thoughtfully for comfort and fashion. Don't hesitate, book your stay today!
This is a brand-new construction with large and upscale bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms with King Beds, and one room with 2 twins. 4 of the 5 rooms have an attached en suite bath. 2 of the rooms upstairs ( Bedrooms 2 and 3) are both Jack and Jill style for one of the bathrooms. Everything is well stocked, and all private to you and your group. There is streaming services provided in all TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the property. This property is also extremely close to the Superdome!
The entire space will be yours. You have the front and back yards and porches, the parking area, the back yard and the entire home. No one will enter any of the spaces without your knowledge or request.
This home is brand new and was just completely furnished top to bottom. There should be zero issues anticipated with any reservations, but if anything is to arise, we are just a call or message away. This place was specifically designed to host VRBO guests. 4 of the bedrooms have access to a bathroom via en suite.
We are always available when needed. We plan to give you the space to enjoy your stay with us otherwise.

Hello! My name is Max, and I am your local VRBO host! I spent years visiting this gorgeous city until I was presented with an opportunity to work here full time! I jumped at that chance and now spend my days ensuring all my guests experience the best NOLA has to offer. I know how important it was for me to have a great place to stay while I was in town, and I plan to pass that along to each and every one of my guests!
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is an ideal vacation rental for any large group. It is just a short 1 mile or 3-5 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the Downtown and French Quarter areas. It is a very simple and straight walk to get to the Superdome and Smoothie King Arena as well! Central location, size and easy access in and out of the city are the biggest perks.
What makes this property unique
There are bathrooms accessible via en suite bedrooms for 4 of the 5 bedrooms. One of those full baths is jack and jill style for two o9f t5he upstairs bedrooms. There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. There is a gorgeous back yard space as well. The new construction and having all new appliances is also a huge plus for this property!
