Escape to our beachfront oasis, where the rhythm of the waves sets the tone for relaxation. The open-concept living room is flooded with natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. With the relaxing view of the beach, it's the perfect space to unwind!

Leave your cares, pool towels, and other amenities behind. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Each bedroom has its own bathroom for added privacy. A generous amount of pool towels are provided and can be exchanged at the front desk as often as needed to enjoy the on-site heated pool and hot tub.

Other onsite amenities for your enjoyment include tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, picnic grills, and hammocks. Our management team is committed to ensuring your living experience is smooth, enjoyable, and sure to produce fond memories.

Situated on the east end of the island, our beachfront condominium is near the intersection of the seawall and the main entrance to the island. Enjoy easy access to the Seawall and historical district’s parks, shopping, museums, trendy cafes, and cultural hotspots, making your stay as comfortable and customizable as you desire. There are no meters or other hassles of street parking here as parking is in a designated lot on the north side of the building, with other overflow parking available if needed.

Enjoyed our winter stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was very clean and the staff were great, as always. Especially the lady and man who were there when we arrived, did not get their names. I recognized Anna from previous stays. She's always pleasant and informative. A great customer service person.

Good but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fair. The condo was clean, but it smelled of cigarette smoke. The amenities provided (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc) are of poor quality. We appreciate that beach towels are provided, but they are quite worn and need to be replaced. The pool chairs are showing signs of age as well.

Thank you for your honest review. I am not sure how to address the beach towel comment. We have new beach towels that we allow guests to use and exchange throughout their stay for zero charge. The chairs on the pool deck are faded from the sun but are in great shape. We have a very strict no smoking policy. Always tell the front desk agent of any issues you have while on the property and we will address them at that time vs after your stay. Thank you for choosing us.
