Gorgeous 4 bedroom house in the heart of historic University Heights, blocks from several unique restaurants, breweries and cafes throughout North Park. Porch oasis to enjoy the San Diego sunrise/sunset.

Granite counter-tops, hardwood floors and very spacious Spanish style ambiance with custom paintings and amazing breezes from the Canyon close-by will create an amazing environment that will be truly memorable.

Approx. 15 minute drive/Uber to Downtown, Seaworld, Belmont Park and nearby beaches

Private relaxing enclosed backyard to entertain or enjoy an afternoon hammock siesta

Property contains 2 full kitchens, hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings throughout the house.

1st Floor Bedroom/ PRIVATE SUITE: Attached to the first floor of the house, this additional feature is accessed through it’s own private entrance. The suite has a queen size bed, includes a full kitchen, full bath, and walk-in closet. Great for providing privacy between groups. (blowup mattress in closet)

2ND BEDROOM and 3RD BEDROOM/Living room: Double bed in private room. Also, a Queen pull-out next to a cozy fireplace and relaxing balcony to enjoy. Sliding barn door with latch lock easily creates a private closed off room with blinds. (air mattress in cabinet next to shower)

THIRD FLOOR/MASTER 4th BEDROOM: Large king size bed, full shower with bath tub, double sink vanity

VRBO and owner were horrible
VRBO double booked the home. The owner was aware and gave both of the parties the code to get in. Called both the owner and VRBO and they pointed fingers at each other. VRBO told me they would connect me with their travel care team. I held on for 45 minutes and then was hung up on. My group had to find a hotel instead. It was a busy San Diego weekend with sports teams and concerts in town. I’m disgusted at the low brow behavior from both the gutless owner and VRBO. Will never utilize this device again. Stay away.
