Cute Spanish Bungalow - BBQ, Firepit, Bikes, Boards, and a Great Patio!

Enjoy the San Diego beach life while staying at this charming beach house. Centrally located in Crown Point it is a short walk to both Crown Point Shores on one side and Sail Bay on the other. Other attractions including Sea World, San Diego Zoo, and Old Town are just minutes away. This home is fully furnished and will sleep a larger family very comfortably. Why they chose this property

I purchase this property because I wanted to live at the beach. I am a San Diego native and this is the first property I have owned in San Diego. I chose this location because of the easy access in and out of the area and the convenience to all the activities the beach area offers. At this location you are 99% closer to Sea World than anywhere else in Pacific or Mission Beach.
