Cozy 2BR Apartment - 1 Block to the Beach!

This comfy 2BR is just one block to sun, sand and surf. It features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room with a futon. The living area has a comfy sofa, and a dining room table with seating for 4. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are made with freshly laundered linens. The unit is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. All you need to do is show up and drop your bags! The front of the property also features an outdoor table and chairs, and a BBQ.

When you first walk into the apartment the first room consists of a living room and kitchen. There is a comfortable sofa and coffee table, and a dining room table which has seating for 4. Just outside the kitchen is another living room which features a sofa that converts to a futon. Down the hallway is the full bathroom, and just ahead of that is the first bedroom. Down the second hallway is the second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, and always come with freshly laundered linens. Beach chairs and beach tags are also provided :)

You'll have this apartment all to yourself.

This property is located in quiet North Beach Ventnor. The beach and boardwalk is only one block from the unit! Many restaurants and shops are nearby too, some of which are in walking distance. The Atlantic city casinos are only a 8 minute drive and Ubers are readily available and are a great way to access Atlantic City. Also nearby is Margate where you can go visit the famous Lucy the Elephant!

The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
