I highly recommend staying at this property. Super spacious (pictures do not do it justice), wonderful location, very short walk to beach/ boardwalk & local restaurants. Six of us stayed & had more than enough room to spread out & relax. Laundry & large kitchen/dining room, large flat screen tv, games & several large couches. Karen was helpful & easy to reach, check in super easy. Will stay here again when in Atlantic City for sure¡

Great beach rental!

The property was exactly as described and pictured, but as already mentioned, even roomier and more spacious than expected! It was an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, bike rentals, etc. we had a great stay. Also, Karen was a responsive and kind host! Highly recommend!

Great spot in Ventnor!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Karen's place this past week. Three couples went in on it together and we had plenty of room there. It is right around the corner form a good little italian market and from Jakeilkes (the best chocolates ever). I highly recommend this charming & spacious apartment.

Great time!

This place was just perfect for us! It was very spacious! More than enough room for 6 people! We loved the pool table! We had no issues! Karen was very helpful with everything and answered my messages quickly! The house was near everything like stores, casinos, beach, boardwalk etc. We hope to come back and book with Karen again soon!

Better than the photos

This apartment is better than the photos. There is a flat screen tv, excellent high speed internet, three good bedrooms, and ample space for a family. We were visiting a relative who lived nearby, so we didn't go directly from the apartment to the beach. It is, however, only 1.5 blocks to the beach. The location is great. Communications with the owner were straightforward. We would stay here again.

Great location

Communication with the property owner was good. We are originally from the area thus familiar with the location of the property. It’s located in a good and quite neighborhood. A nice two screen theater is located within walking distance. Corner stores and a Wawa are also close by. The apartment is older likely from the early 20’s so it is what it is. Quaint decor are through out the house, older mattress was concerning but seemed clean. There was a cleaning fee however the checkout list was very detail and required a lot of cleaning from us. If you use the property Linen you are required to wash, dry and fold before you leave and checkout is 10am. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of the building which makes it more taxing to wash dry and fold in the given time. Needless to say we didn’t use their linens and instead opted to bring ours. When we arrived at the property there were ants on the kitchen counter and hairs on the king size bed decorative pillows. The bunk beds do not have rails so not a good match for younger children.

Working with Karen was easy! She answered all questions in a timely manner this was my first time with Vrbo so I had many questions. There were dishes that weren’t completely cleaned and the cutting board had onion looking left overs on it. The game board coasters were sticky and dirty. 1 tv in the entire house which wasn’t noted and all apps were signed out besides YouTube tv and prime which we made work but wish we could sign in to our own. Needed a guest code they didn’t have. We also didn’t know it was an upstairs I didn’t see that noted anywhere and I would have rented elsewhere or requested bottom as I have a child who uses a medical stroller so we had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs multiple times a day. It’s a very old house. I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to wash used towels as there wasn’t anything noted about that but there was about cleaning up garbage etc which we did. The wifi router (I think) would randomly beep throughout the day. The entrance door was supposed to lock by itself and it did for awhile but once the neighbors got there downstairs for some reason it stopped locking and they never realized because it was open every-time we came back. Over all it was a good time and a nice place just some minor issues. My kids loved the pool table. Would probably rent again.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful time! Karen was very helpful prior to check-in, and available if we needed anything during our stay. The place was very spacious and the kids loved the pool table. The sun room was so nice, perfect for reading and relaxing. So many comfy couches! It was only a block away from the beach, and very accessible to both Ventnor and Margate. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Awesome overall!

This place was awesome, and Karen was consistently communicative and helpful. The place is only a block and a half away from the beach, and it’s a great place for a beach getaway. Would absolutely recommend for your next visit to Ventnor!
