Wonderful Time! Great Location!

KBM resorts was great to deal with from the booking to checkout...and mailing my son's wallet that he left in the condo. The location at Turtle Bay can't be beat as the North Shore is the best. Loved having access to beach chairs and a cooler for use during our week in Hawaii. Very usefull! Will definitely return next time I am in O'ahu.

Really Awesome Location

I enjoyed my time at KBM Resorts. They treated me so well. The property was quaint and nestled on the golf course and a .2 mile walk from the beachfront. It has a mountain view, a golf view, and convenient parking. Thank you all for an amazing stay.

Place to slow down on a fast island

The floor has a few spots where there are some delaminations of the wood floor in the hallway and next the the lamp nearest the closet in the bedroom but everything else was more than we could ask for. Jon was super responsive in responding to a call about our dishwasher and our neighbors were great in dealing with our very loud and ruthless 2 year old! Hahaha!Overall, if you’re looking for a place to wind down away from the craziness of all the things O’ahu has to offer then look no further. For a family stay, this hit everything we were looking for.

Condo

Pay close attention to the refund restrictions before booking on VRBO and consider other sites like expedia. VRBO has a strict refund policy set by the property managers/owners. I booked this location about 3 weeks before staying and since that was within the 4 weeks before the start, I had no chance of refund when two of my friends backed out 2 days after I booked. If I had looked closer at expedia (which owns VRBO), I could have had a very similar property which would have given me a grace period of a few days to cancel after booking.All that being said, the stay would have been really cramped if my two friends had come with this property having 1 bathroom and AC only in the master bedroom. So I guess it worked out in the end. The location was really good for our purposes with about a 15 min walk to the beach. The managing company was helpful when I called and had a question about how best to get to the beach.
