It was an excellent stay! The views were spectacular and the sunrise was top notch. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Our family and friends stay for 4-days and had a wonderful time. There was 4-adults and 4-children and we all had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property. The staff was quick to answer and kept us up-to-date on everything. 5-stars for sure…

We just finished an incredible week at Tiki Beach, and we had an amazing time! The house is beautiful, with breathtaking views and spectacular sunrises every morning. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with everything our group needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our stay.One of the things we loved most was that the property felt like a private, secluded getaway without actually being isolated. Groceries, restaurants, gas stations, entertainment, and anything else you might need are all just minutes away. Since it's the Keys, every kind of water activity is nearby, and Key West is only about a 40-minute drive away.The rental company that manages the property was wonderful to work with, and I also had the opportunity to communicate with the owner, who was incredibly friendly, responsive, and attentive.Overall, this was a fantastic property and an outstanding experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida Keys vacation.

Amazing

My husband and I chose to stay here to celebrate both his birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary. This home is amazing! It has everything you can possibly need and more. Convenient to everything. Close to a grocery store, several restaurants and the other islands. The rooms are large and the views are phenomenal. Thank you for your hospitality.

The location of this house is amazing. A large lot with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The dock was perfect for our boat. The pool and tiki hut are nice, although there is discarded furniture and old building materials (including nails) around that detract from the general appearance of the property. The house was not clean when we arrived and there were a lot of issues with items needing repair (no ice maker, smoke detectors disconnected or needing batteries, leaky shower, ants in one of the lofts, etc.). There isn’t a dining table and the kitchen island isn’t adequate for a family meal. The kitchen is not great, with limited or damaged cookware and utensils. We were disappointed that the house did not live up to the photos and description.
