This brand new 5/6 bedroom 4 bath oceanfront home has a private pool and will share dock space, kayaks and the gazebo with Blue Palms Retreat home. There is 1 double and 3 single kayaks. Bring your boat- up to 24’ and your snorkel gear. Relax on one of the porches overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a cool breeze and a libation. Take a swim in your own private pool. This home is fully equipped with all kitchen essentials, linens, beach towels and propane BBQ grill. If you don’t feel like cooking, walk to Broil Restaurant, or take a short drive to Square Grouper Restaurant and many others that are close by. Be sure to head into Key West for the many adventures that await, gift shopping, restaurants, museums and DuVall Street
This home is 20 miles to Key West, 10 miles to Winn Dixie Grocery and Walgreens Pharmacy.
12 miles to Bahia Honda State Park where you can have a beach/picnic/fun packed day.

This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.

Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74.18 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions. Beautiful

gorgeous house and amazing views. close to key west but far enough away from crowds. restaurants in are were delicious (Mangrove Mamas, Kiki's and The Broil) we hated to leave

Perfect place

The house was very clean! Had everything we needed. Kayaks were utilized and had life jackets. Plenty of beach towels!! Refrigerator down in the patio area was very convenient. Overall a great house. Definitely would stay again!!

Great stay on the water in the Keys

This beach house is gorgeous! It fit our entire extended family comfortably and had plenty space and bathrooms for all of us. We loved the open living area along with a beautiful large porch to watch sunsets from. The pool is large and warm. Our children enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house is conveniently located with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The management team was great to work with. Would definitely recommend this place!

Enjoyable stay

Beautiful property, right at the waterfront, We enjoyed walking up to the view of the Atlantic Ocean every morning. Three are 3 kayaks on the property that we used to go out into the ocean and that worked great too. The house is huge and easily accommodated our party of 8. The 4 bathrooms made things very convenient. Cudjoe Key doesn't have a lot going on but Key west is only 30 minutes away and has a lot of attractions. All in all, highly recommended!
