This comfy & cozy home is located in the heart of downtown Lawrenceburg and is within walking distance to everything!
We have a large back yard that is great for family to hang out by fire-pit and enjoy their time away from home. There is large outdoor tv with adirondack chairs
and picnic tables for relaxing. Living Room has 75' Tv- both bedrooms have 55' tv's. Large Sectional in Living room and large dining table in kitchen. Coffee bar- Washer & Dryer-Front Porch- Fenced in back yard.

Master bedroom has 1 queen bed- 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and a comfy cot is also available for use if needed.

House was as described. Very clean, with everything you might need. Location was great for everything we wanted to do in Lawrenceburg. Also, we felt very safe in this location. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, walkable to many cute spots. Plenty of open space and very nice place overall. We were able to make use of Laundry and kitchen, which was great.

The batteries on the front door lock were low and we were unable to get in immediately, but they had someone come and let us in and put in new batteries. The property was convenient and communication was good.

This beautiful home sits within walking distance of shops, activities, and restaurant. The location has quick access to the 275 loop and only about 30 minutes from Downtown Cincinnati. The house is perfect with 3 nice sized beds in 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook each meal!The washer are dryer are very nice! The back porch and yard with seating and a firepit is an added bonus. The price is worth every penny! We had a qustiin about the trash and contacted the host. They responded in minutes. We will definitely be back to stay again!

The property was great. I would of preferred a coffee pod versus a coffee pot. The coffee provided was not to my taste. The bathroom was very clean as well as the rest of the property. I belive the towel hooks have fallen off the back of the bathroom door and need replaced. No complaints just observation s.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay in Lawrenceburg. Cute town with lots of things to do nearby. The home was clean, spacious and very nice. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in Indiana.

Very clean and spacious. Perfect for a comfortable time for a friends getaway. Beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. The shower was beautiful! We loved the three photo albums that showed us restaurants and places of interest in the area. Wish we could have stayed longer.
