The property is completely walled off for privacy, with heated lap pool, and air-conditioned throughout. 3 Bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Enjoy fine amenities such as large entertaining kitchen with granite counter tops and eating bar, marble bathroom counters, and large tiled walk in showers. Custom stained glass windows accent the high ceilings and large arched wood clad windows. Awesome stone paths lead you around the gardens, 2 pergolas, and up to the rooftop patio with mountain views in the distance and mango groves next door. This is a private gated community with 24/7 security on duty, and only 1 mile (15 minute walk) from beautiful Bucerias beach. Be our guest and enjoy our "Casa de Paz" (House of Peace).

Tropical Perfection

We stayed at Roberts place for 6 weeks. It’s a beautiful house in a great location. Very quiet. The pool is great, heated and very well maintained. We did some cycling in the area, up into the surrounding countryside. We liked it so much we are coming back in 2026!

Casa de Paz was a wonderful place to hang with old friends. Big enough that everyone could spread out, yet a kitchen and pool we could all fit into together. The tall ceilings and wide hallways make you feel like you're living in a resort, comfortable and relaxed from the moment you walk in. Getting around was easy. We skipped the rental car and relied on cabs and Uber, plus did some walking right from the house.You couldn't have asked for friendlier or more helpful security guards. They were a huge part of why we felt safe and at ease. The local people were equally kind and so patient with my asi-asi Spanglish. The house is set up perfectly for hanging out at any time of day. Whether you're up on the top of the house or out on the back deck, there's always a shady spot to settle into.A shoutout to Robert, the owner, who was friendly and responsive throughout. One heads up: WhatsApp is how things are done in Mexico, including communication with the property managers, who were great. Just don't be surprised or caught off guard when messages start coming in that way!

Great House

Just like the pictures. The house was beautiful in a gated neighborhood. Right outside the gates it became very authentic Mexican which was great for us. Tacos everywhere. Great access to allThe surrounding towns. House was set up great for the stay. Property manager was great at communicating.One thing to mention is that it’s listed as (4) beds but one bed is a futon. I kind of figured that out by the pictures but may be worth noting. Only one extra blanket for that futon too so a little more bedding could be nice.Great stay in a great house. Easy to communicate with the owner or manager!

We are from Centennial, Colorado and have enjoyed visiting Bucerias for the last 15 years. We finally made the decision to purchase our Forever home in this beautiful town! We are a few years from retirement, but in the meantime, we are excited to share our beautiful Casa de Paz and this magical town with our guests. We enjoy whale watching on the bay, discovering restaurants and bars in Bucerias, exploring the neighboring towns like Sayulita and San Pancho, and just reading and relaxing at our House of Peace in Los Mangos.

Why they chose this property

Los Mangos is a beautiful oasis of peace and quiet, but still very close to the excitement of the beach and Centro of Bucerias. Los Mangos has an amazing sense of privacy and security, with a guarded gated entrance 24/7, and a community of international retired ex-pats. We love our neighbors!

What makes this property unique

From the first moment we stepped foot on this property, we felt an overwhelming sense of peace and calmness. The gardens are perfectly landscaped, the open design of the living area, the high ceilings, the rooftop terrace overlooking the Mango groves - it all comes together to melt away stress. We immediately named the property “Casa de Paz” - House of Peace. We hope you share that feeling when you are here.
