About this property

Cozy new 2br in the heart of Saigon

The property is located at the central location, an easy access to many notable landmarks and numbers of authentic restaurants. We provide hospitality and ensure comfort.

My new apartment block has just been launched in January 2015 and so the furnitures are new and in perfect condition. The furnitures we provide are designed by us and produced by our interior design company (Noi That Nha Dep).

We can accommodate up to 5 people (2 double-beds and 1 sofa bed). Similar to our main serviced apartment block, we have kitchen area & dining space, balcony (for smoking as well), living room space and 2 bathrooms. In addition, we also provide a gym for your convenience.

For your convenience and interest, we will also provide pick-up and drop-off from the airport for $25 both ways ($15 one way).

We have a new rule that we have to comply with the law. Once you have decided to stay with us, we will need your original passports or Vietnamese ID (if you have) on the date of your arrival to register with the authority that you are currently staying in our property. The authority can be inspecting any property any time and we do not want to be in trouble with them in case of unregistered guests. Thank you for your understanding. We will only take your passports for a few mins to register and it will not be of any inconvenience for you :)

Great visit to Ho Chi Minh City while staying in Yung's apartment. The location is great - we were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to see and eat in the city or take a short taxi ride if necessary. There is plenty of room - there were only two of us so was plenty big but four people would probably be comfortable too. Separate bathrooms were great too. The staff is friendly and responsive and Yung was available by email for questions that came up while I was there. Overall, it was a great stay for a great value and I wouldn't hesitate to book again for my next trip to HCMC. Thanks Yung!
